Presentation Description / Summary: The purpose of this lecture is to (a) review the current, state-by-state telemedicine regulations, including whether a veterinarian-client-patient relationship can be established through telemedicine and the rules associated with medication prescribing. (b) review how telemedicine can be set up. (c) review the situations in which telemedicine is ideal (e.g., follow-up examinations).
