Cricopharyngeal achalasia is an uncomon abnormality ifentified in dogs that affects their ability to swallow. Surgery us the recommended treatment for this disorder. This case report described management of a puppy with Cricopharyngeal achalasia to adulthood with medical treatment and adaptive feeding techniques.

Upon completion, participants will be able to consider Cricopharyngeal achalasia as a differential when presented with a puppy who has dysphagia.
