Dr. Swanson is the medical director of BluePearl Grand Rapids, Michigan, and a medical oncologist. She completed her DVM at Michigan State University, East Lansing; her internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery from Michigan Veterinary Specialists, Southfield; and her Oncology residency at Michigan State University, East Lansing. She has a passion for leading people by example and was recognized as a Mars Champion because her work exemplifies the five Mars principles.
