Dr. Adriano Vatta is a veterinarian and associate professor of parasitology at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine where he is responsible for the didactic and laboratory instruction of students in second and third year. He regularly consults with veterinarians regarding parasitic disease in dogs and cats, and commonly advises on the management of anthelmintic-resistant hookworm infections in dogs.
