Bridget is the Nursing Partner supporting the West Division at BluePearl Pet Hospital with over 25 years of experience in veterinary emergency and critical care, including leadership roles at Penn Vet Ryan Veterinary Hospital and earning her VTS (ECC) in 2007. Since joining BluePearl in 2011, she has advanced through progressive clinical and leadership roles and now focuses on clinical program innovation, career development, and advancing medical quality and patient safety. A published author and national speaker, Bridget is also a passionate advocate for veterinary nursing education and brings a mindful, collaborative approach to leadership.
