Amanda joined the Gastrointestinal Lab at Texas A&M University in the fall of 2014, as an undergraduate student and completed her Master's degree in 2017 and PhD in 2022, and is now an associate research scientist leading the metabolomics team in the GI Lab. Her current work focuses on assay development and optimization using various analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, GC-MS, and LC-MS/MS.
