Dr. Francesca Del Baldo graduated from the University of Bologna. After completing a rotating internship in Small Animal Internal Medicine, she pursued a European Residency program in Small Animal Internal Medicine and a PhD in Small Animal Endocrinology at the University of Bologna. She completed her PhD in March 2020. In 2022, she became a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine–Companion Animals(ECVIM-CA). She is Vice-President of the European Society of Veterinary Endocrinology and of the Italian Society of Veterinary Internal Medicine. She is author and co-author of scientific publications in international journals. She is currently Assistant Professor at the University of Bologna, and Head of Internal Medicine at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
