Joseph M. Bruner, DVM, DACVIM (SA-IM) (he/him/his)

Dr. Joseph Bruner was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from The Ohio State University and completed a small animal internship at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, followed by a residency at Purdue University. After Board-certification, he owned and practiced for 25 years in specialty group before returning to academia. Dr. Bruner is a diplomate of the ACVIM in SA Internal Medicine and a member of the Veterinary Comparative Respiratory Society (VCRS). Despite having a career focused in veterinary respiratory medicine, Dr. Bruner is the proud parent of 3 French Bulldogs that are the light of his life, and is married to an incredible woman that understands and accepts his obsession.
