Dr. Mia Cary (she, hers) is a consultant, facilitator, and speaker specializing in leadership, belonging, communication, strategic planning, and teamwork. Her purpose is activating others to thrive and her professional journey includes executive leadership and education roles with PrideVMC, AVMA, NAVC, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Novartis Animal Health. Dr. Cary is currently the CEO and Change Agent for Cary Consulting, which she founded in 2019.
