Dr. Mia Cary (she/her) is a professional facilitator and content provider, with expertise spanning leadership, belonging, communication, and team development. Dr. Cary's career highlights include executive leadership and education-focused roles at PrideVMC, AVMA, NAVC, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Novartis Animal Health. She founded Cary Consulting in 2019 and currently serves as a facilitator for the AAHA Guidelines, FelineVMA Guidelines, MentorVet, VMAE, and VMG. A certified QPR Gatekeeper Training Instructor and member of the National Academies of Practice, she is a passionate advocate for interprofessional collaboration.
