Katie Fish, DVM, is Director of Mentorship Programs at Thrive Pet Healthcare. A Cornell graduate, she practiced small animal medicine in Rochester, NY, before moving into a full-time mentorship role in 2020. She supported early career veterinarians across 17 hospitals with Monroe Veterinary Associates, later partnering with Thrive in 2021 to expand its Doctor Mentorship Program. Since 2023, Dr. Fish has led the program nationally while continuing hands-on mentorship as a Regional Doctor Mentor. She completed a Cornell Veterinary Educators Academy fellowship in 2024 and has presented on mentorship in various forums including Thrive, Cornell Veterinary Educator Academy, Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine and DVM360.
