Dr. Conner is a Clinical Professor of Small Animal Emergency & Critical Care at Virginia-Maryland CVM. She is also has a Master’s in Educational Psychology. She is an active member of ACVECC, having served on various committees and most recently as ACVECC president from 2023-2025. Dr. Conner is also an active member of the Southeast Veterinary Education Consortium (SEVEC). Her past research primarily involved investigations in hemostasis in a variety of species. Most of her current research relates to teaching and learning. She enjoys providing continuing education in the field of veterinary emergency and critical care and is also passionate about delivering presentations and workshops in the field of education.
