Dr. Tracy Hill is the Senior Director of Science at Ethos Veterinary Health, where she leads a national network of specialty and emergency hospitals in advancing clinical research. She oversees industry-sponsored studies across a wide range of therapeutic areas and is passionate about promoting evidence-based medicine through transparent, accessible research.
Dr. Hill holds a degree in biology from the University of Pennsylvania, earned her DVM from the University of Minnesota, and completed a PhD in gastrointestinal physiology and a residency in small animal internal medicine at North Carolina State University. She is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. Currently, she is pursuing her MBA at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Before transitioning into industry, Dr. Hill served as an associate professor at the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. She previously held academic positions at the University of Georgia and The University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom.
