After qualifying as an RCVS registered veterinary nurse in 2012, I spent a year in small animal practice before starting a position at the University of Glasgow Small Animal Hospital. It was as a rotational nurse that I found my interest in neurology nursing.
In 2019 I gained my VTS in neurology and since then I have developed an interest in providing CE to other nurses/technicians as well as students.
Having a senior dog myself I have a particular interest in nursing the senior patient and ensuring I can make them as comfy as possible while hospitalized.
Out with work I enjoy getting out for some fresh air, exploring with my wee Jack Russell Lola.
