Camilo J. Morales is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Large Animal) and a Diplomate Candidate of the American College of Veterinary Clinical Pharmacology. He completed a specialty internship at the University of Guelph followed by a residency in Equine Internal Medicine at the University of California, Davis. He obtained his PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of California, Davis. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Equine Internal Medicine at Auburn University. His clinical and research interests focus on gastrointestinal pharmacology, neuropharmacology, and translational pharmacokinetics in horses and other large animals.
