Dr. Sharon Witonsky is a board certified large animal internal medicine diplomate with a doctorate in immunology. Her clinical and research interests include equine protozoal myeloencephalitis (EPM), other neurologic and infectious diseases, including Brucella, as well as immunology. She is currently president of the EPM society and has been at the Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, Virginia Tech since 2000.
