Dr. Fred Wininger, VMD, MS, DACVIM (Neurology), is the owner and lead neurologist/neurosurgeon of The Animal Neurology Center (ANC) in St. Louis. A board-certified specialist, he is dedicated to advancing veterinary neurology through compassionate patient care, education at all levels of the veterinary experience, and collaboration with industry to develop the future of diagnostic and therapeutic technologies. He co-leads the ANC/University of Missouri hybrid residency program, which blends academic and private practice training and has graduated 18 board-certified neurologists since 2013. Dr. Wininger also owns 3D Veterinary Printing, creating patient-specific surgical tools to improve outcomes.
