Dr. Sam Stewart earned his veterinary degree from Ross University in 2013 and completed a residency in Emergency and Critical Care at the Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital, achieving board certification in 2017. He subsequently joined Ethos Discovery, a nonprofit incubator of scientific innovation in veterinary medicine, where he now serves as Director of Clinical Operations, overseeing the design and conduct of Discovery's portfolio of clinical trials. His research interests focus on improved diagnostics and therapeutics for sepsis, as well as novel approaches to pain management in dogs and cats. He currently lives in London, England, where he is establishing the city’s first 24/7 emergency and specialty veterinary hospital.
