Li-Chi Lin is a master’s student in the Small Animal ENT and Sleep Medicine Lab of the School of Veterinary Medicine, National Taiwan University, led by Dr. Nai-Chieh Liu. The laboratory has extensive expertise in head and neck surgery, and the clinical management of upper airway, otic, and other craniofacial disorders. While the group has a strong focus on brachycephalic airway syndrome and obstructive sleep apnea, her research specifically addresses sleep-related breathing disorders in dogs. She established the first clinically applicable polysomnography system for dogs in Taiwan, enabling objective diagnosis of canine SRBDs and informed therapeutic planning, and her ongoing research aims to further characterize canine SRBDs and improve their clinical recognition and management.
