Robinn Teoh earned his DVM from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a PhD in Veterinary Internal Medicine from Hokkaido University, Japan, becoming a registered veterinarian in both countries. After five years in molecular and translational research, he returned to clinical practice, completing a rotating internship at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, Saskatchewan. He is currently a second-year Small Animal Internal Medicine resident at the Ontario Veterinary College, Guelph. His research interests include molecular and genetic diagnostics, next‑generation sequencing, hematology, immunology, endocrinology, and gastroenterology. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, and Japanese, with basic proficiency in Thai. In his spare time, he enjoys baking, cooking, landscape photography, and reading.
