Dr. Leandro Z. Crivellenti is a Professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia and Director of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. He holds a PhD and Master’s from UNESP-Jaboticabal, having conducted part of his doctoral and postdoctoral research in Nephrology at The Ohio State University (OSU).

A leading authority in the field, he is Vice-President of the Brazilian College of Veterinary Nephrology and Urology (CBNUV) and a founder of the Nephrology and Urology Latin American College. He coordinates the NefroUroVet research group, with over 100 articles and the Treatise on Nephrology and Urology published.
