Melissa Narum is a third year Neurology/Neurosurgery Resident at the University of Florida. She is originally from Houston, Texas. She studied chemical engineering at the University of Oklahoma and obtained her BS degree in 2016. She completed her MS degree in biomedical engineering in 2017. She attended Colorado State to complete her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2021. She completed a rotating internship, specialty internship (sports medicine) and finishing residency in Neurology.
She enjoys being outdoors and loves hiking, biking, playing disc golf and running. She loves cooking and trying new foods. She also enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Thomas, and their two corgis (Simcoe and Cashmere) and cat (Jerry Callo).
