Dr. Sofia Borin-Crivellenti is a Professor of Veterinary Medicine at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) in Brazil (undergraduate and graduate levels). She completed Residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine, Master’s, PhD, and Post-Doctorate in Veterinary Internal Medicine at UNESP Jaboticabal, Brazil. Her academic background is further complemented by international research at The Ohio State University, USA.

Currently, Dr. Borin-Crivellenti is a board member for the Brazilian Association of Veterinary Endocrinology (ABEV). She also leads the Small Animal Internal Medicine and Veterinary Endocrinology services at the UFU Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Her clinical and research interests are dedicated to advancing the field of veterinary internal medicine and endocrinology through both specialized patient care and academic excellence.
