Resident, Neurology/Neurosurgery
UC Davis
WOODLAND, California, United States
My name is Ning-Wei Wei, and I am a third-year Neurology resident at UC Davis. I earned my DVM degree from National Pingtung University of Science and Technology in Taiwan and later completed PAVE at Louisiana State University. After two years in general practice, I completed a rotating internship with a neurology emphasis at Gulf Coast Veterinary Neurology in Houston, followed by a specialty neurology internship at Auburn University. Before beginning my residency, I also completed a neuro-oncology fellowship with the UC Davis Neurology Service. My primary interest is brain tumors, and my current research focuses on validating a novel mouse model for preclinical canine glioma studies. I would be delighted to discuss this work.
