Carmen is a third year Small Animal Internal Medicine Resident at Oregon State University. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan in 2022. She then completed a 1 year small animal rotating internship at the VCA Canada CARE centre in Calgary, Alberta before starting her residency at Oregon State University. Carmen's interests include renal, urinary and gastrointestinal disease. Outside of veterinary medicine, Carmen enjoys hiking and playing volleyball.
