Sam is a medical oncology resident at Colorado State University. Prior to residency, she completed her DVM and a PhD in genetics at the University of Minnesota, followed by a small animal rotating internship at North Carolina State University. Sam is passionate about using big data to help answer important clinical questions and using what she has learned to improve the lives of her patients. When she’s not working, she is spending as much time as possible outside with her husband and two dogs!
