Coretta Patterson is a small animal internist. She is currently the founding dean of the Chicago College of Veterinary Medicine in Downers Grove, Illiniios a western subrub of Chicago. She has written a book chapter about diversity in Veterinary medicine and presented on it on a number of occasions. Not all crucial converations are centered around racial, ethnic or religous topics but the do most often center around differences or misunderstandings of differences.
