This session we will introduce the clinical entities of subclinical, clinical and fulminant myocarditis with algorithms for screening and management. It will also review the next generation of noninvasive diagnostic tests and emerging therapies currently in clinical trials.

Describe the clinical, imaging and histologic predictors of death, ventricular arrhythmia and heart transplantation in acute myocarditis.
Identify the treatment for specific infectious forms of myocarditis and immune checkpoint inhibitor myocarditis.
