Presentation Description / Summary: Canine hemangiosarcoma is a highly metastatic tumor with limited conventional treatment options. Owners will often have questions regarding alternate or supplementary treatments that they may have heard or read about. This hour will include a brief review of "standard" therapeutic approaches for canine hemangiosarcoma, followed by an in-depth discussion on what is known about newer treatments such as radiation therapy, alternate chemotherapy drugs, thalidomide, yunnan baiyao, propranolol, Im'Munity and eBAT among others.
