Allison graduated from Washington State University in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Animal Science - Management (nutrition and economics focus). She entered vetmed in 2018, moving quickly from general practice to specialty; spending 2.5 years in specialty Surgery before finding her way to Internal Medicine in 2021. In 2022 she obtained her Master's in Animal Nutrition with her thesis in the nutritional management of renal disease in the feline from the University of Glasgow. She became an LVT in Novmber of 2024. Allison is the lead of the Internal Medicine Department at Animal Emergency and Specialty Center in Poulsbo, WA and hopes to obtain a VTS in nutrition in the next couple of years.
