This was a unique case of a ferret undergoing dorsal laminectomy resulting in histopathologic and immunohistochemical diagnosis of a meningioma. The success of this case was the culmination of the right owners, veterinary team, and specialized equipment. These factors lead to a positive patient outcome and a novel finding of a spinal meningioma in a ferret.
