Jennifer has been an emergency and critical care VTS since 2021. She attended UC Davis, and has a masters degree in animal biology with a focus on genetics and reproduction. After some time in research, including working in labs that pioneered the research for FIP treatment and feline genome mapping, she transitioned into veterinary medicine. This fall, she is partnering with a group of specialists to open Wasatch Animal Group, a privately owned specialty hospital in Utah. She is a published author, experienced speaker, and maintains a YouTube channel providing free veterinary education. Outside of veterinary medicine she spends her time adventuring with her husband, and being a doting mom to her four cats.
