Jennifer is an Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Technician Specialist and clinical supervisor at MedVet in Salt Lake City. She attended UC Davis, and has a bachelors and masters degree in animal biology with a focus on genetics and reproduction. After some time in research, including working in labs that pioneered the research for FIP treatment and feline genome mapping, she transitioned into veterinary medicine. She achieved her VTS in 2021. She is a published author, experienced speaker, and maintains a YouTube channel providing free veterinary education. Outside of veterinary medicine she spends her time adventuring with her husband, and being a doting mom to her four cats.
