Dr. Morley is a veterinary internal medicine specialist, epidemiologist, and animal scientist who studies infectious diseases in animals and people. His research uses advanced molecular tools to investigate health and disease pathogenesis in animals, methods for disease prevention and mitigation, microbial ecology, and the impacts of antimicrobial drug use. Dr. Morley is a Professor and the Director of Research for the VERO Program at Texas A&M University and the Sally Rau McIntosh Endowed Chair for Veterinary Strategic Initiatives. He previously served for 20 years as a Professor and the Director of Infection Control at Colorado State University.
