Dr. Jessica Solomon decided at 11 years old that she wanted to become a veterinarian. She earned her degree in animal science from Cornell University and her DVM from Kansas State University, followed by a combined residency and master’s program in cardiology at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. After residency, she had the opportunity to build and lead a medical and interventional cardiology program at a large specialty hospital in New York City before joining IDEXX Telemedicine in 2013.

Today, Dr. Solomon serves as Associate Director of Medical Operations within IDEXX, where she manages the specialist team to support high-quality, collaborative patient care. Outside of work, she lives near Philadelphia with her two daughters.
