Internal Medicine RVN and VTS
VIMN Education Ltd
Sandhurst, England, United Kingdom
Laura became an RVN in 2010 and has been working in referral practice as an internal medicine nurse since 2015, becoming a veterinary technician specialist in small animal internal medicine in 2019.
Her passion for medical nursing led her to create 'Veterinary Internal Medicine Nursing', a social media page and podcast where she shares accessible CPD for veterinary nurses passionate about internal medicine. She lectures internationally, has contributed to various peer-reviewed journals, and runs the Medical Nursing Academy, a learning platform for nurses interested in medicine.
Most importantly, Laura is still a practising RVN and loves nothing more than giving great care to her patients and helping other nurses do the same.
